Kaare has more than 25 years of experience in management and business development, most of which has been in the IT industry and before that in the government sector. As Managing Partner, Kaare is responsible for the day-to-day management of Verifi in addition to his client portfolio and other tasks.
Kaare is an experienced project and programme manager with the ability and desire to involve all stakeholders from start to go live. This applies regardless of whether the solution is a small, specialized solution or a large platform for widespread use in a big organization.
Kaare often fills the role of trusted advisor. His focus is always on delivering value based on the customer’s culture, needs, and opportunities. With Kaare on board, you can be sure of respect, experience, quality, and transparency in the collaboration.
Kaare is married, has two adult children, and is an outdoorsman. Kaare enjoys living in Nødebo by Gribskov, where he is often found with either a dog or a mushroom basket at his side.
Edward is an economist by education (Cand. Polit.) and originally started his career as an analyst before taking the plunge and becoming a full-time developer of BI solutions. He now has more than 20 years of experience as a professional developer and designer of BI solutions on the SQL Server stack for both public and private customers. In solution areas that deal with finance/accounting, logistics, time registration, risk management, sales, etc.
He is a distinct team player, inquisitive, and takes pride in meeting customers and partners on their own turf, to get the best solution. He is versatile and can take on several roles when working on a project.
Edward lives in Valby with his adult son Elliot and spends too much of his free time gaming, playing chess, and watching YouTube videos about everything from the Fermi paradox to quantum physics.
Since 1992, Henrik Amfelt has worked with databases and presentation of data. For the first years he worked as an internal resource, but since 2001 he has been working as an consultant. Henrik is both an advisor and executor on projects for especially public customers and customers in the logistics industry. As an executor, Henrik works equally well in frontend as in backend tools. Over the years, Henrik has gained a great deal of experience which benefits our customers.
Henrik attaches great importance to long-standing customer relationships, where the motto “the customer is always right” must sometimes be challenged. Henrik will deliver the “right” solution that takes into account both the customer’s needs, but also the data quality and the amount of data in the source systems that are made available. The solution must be easy to use for the end users and at the same time constitute a robust basis for further development and support of future needs.
Henrik lives in Copenhagen with his partner. Among Henrik’s many interests are literature, theater and good food.
Martin has more than 20 years of experience as a consultant within Microsoft Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse. Over the years, he has worked on many different BI projects at some of the largest Danish companies in insurance and pension, retail and shipping, as well as a number of public sector clients.
Martin thrives in an international environment and has often collaborated with multinational teams to implement the most effective and innovative solutions.
With a professional attitude based on the customer’s specific situation and needs, Martin takes pride in delivering high-quality solutions, on time and within the agreed framework.
Martin lives in Kastrup on Amager with his wife and their daughter. Much of his free time is spent with his family on cultural activities and trips to warmer climates. Additionally, he has a passion for vintage German cars.
Since 2020, Sebastian has worked with Business Intelligence with a specific focus on Azure, including the architecture of a cloud environment. He has been involved in building new solutions as well as bringing large on-prem solutions to Cloud.
Sebastian greatly appreciates building strong customer relationships. For him, it is crucial to create close collaborations where trust and mutual respect are in focus. He works purposefully to understand customer needs and tailor solutions that create value and long-term partnerships. Sebastian believes that good relationships and close dialogue are the key to successful collaborations.
While Sebastian is fixing your data, he has already cycled 100 km, enjoyed a craft beer and watched 2 football matches. That is how efficient he is. In addition to his remarkable passion for road cycling, Sebastian lives in the inner city of Copenhagen with his girlfriend Mette. He also enjoys diving, cocktails, and travelling.
