We offer a framework agreement that includes everything from projects and minor development tasks to support and operational assistance, as well as on-call arrangements and body shopping.
The framework agreement can be used in conjunction with your internal systems or with Verifi’s project room and ticket system. Verifi’s time tracking documents our services and creates transparency in costs and project progress.
The majority of our customers prefer several smaller projects over time rather than a few large ones. This allows for continuous adoption and, not least, for utilising learning as it occurs without necessarily working fully agile.
We offer multiple service levels, and often customer-specific response times are agreed upon. This way, we can react quickly to what is most critical for you, and thus we can offer a modest fixed fee for the service.
